Aziyat Agishev
- Aziyat Agishev is the head of Education Community, which works to counteract the law on LGBT propaganda and monitors the actions of the authorities in this area. The organisation does not provide individual assistance, but focuses on preventing discriminatory laws by engaging the public and building dialogue with the authorities. Throughout 2025, the initiative reported ‘numerous cases of legal and research incompetence, including the use of unscientific sources and a lack of research’ underlying the legislative regulation of the dissemination of information on LGBTQI issues. The Education Community's information campaigns received wide coverage: over the course of the year, publications in the media and on social networks reached between 30,000 and 132,000 people.
