Women of Kazakhstan
- Womenofkz is an online museum dedicated to researching and preserving the history of women in Kazakhstan. It publishes materials about women's contributions to culture, society and politics, as well as those who have been excluded from the official historical narrative. The project is based on the archives of Shora Sarybayeva and the museum author's own biographical research, which has made it possible to restore dozens of forgotten lives, while subscribers actively share their family archives, creating a living network of citizen researchers. The project promotes women's rights and helps to rethink their role in history, forming a more equitable view of the past. In 2025, the team presented new biographies and academic articles and launched an educational Telegram bot for history teachers, demonstrating how to integrate topics of women's lives and repression into school education.
