Viktor Ten
- Viktor Ten is a human rights defender, lawyer, head of the Taldykorgan Human Rights Centre, and also actively cooperates with the Bureau for Human Rights and Rule of Law. After Kantar, he defended victims of torture and drew the authorities' attention to the slow pace of investigations into their cases. In 2025, he is actively working in the field of sexualised violence against children and defending the rights of women in prisons. He advocates for three components of protection against torture: prevention, the inevitability of punishment, and the rehabilitation of victims of torture.
